We want to make your stay at Bakewell Retreats as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, so to help settle our guests in on their first night with us, we offer the following items complementary in your cottage.

Bedding & Towels
All our cottages are cleaned to the highest standard between our guests leaving and arriving. We offer the finest thread count bedding, with all beds having hypoallergenic pillows and duvets. We provide each of our guests with a bath sheet, all baths and showers have bath mats provided for your comfort. (We do not provide swimming towels for our guests at Haddon Grove Farm Cottages – please bring them along with you)
WIFI
All cottages have their own WIFI - Haddon Grove Farm Cottages is on fibre broadband, to offer all our guests excellent coverage.

Check-In and Check-Out
To make life easier for our guests we offer a contactless check-in and check-out service. Your cottage key will be on the inside of your door, when checking out please also leave the key on the inside of your door.
Office opening hours
Our designated Bakewell Retreats office is based at Haddon Grove Farm Cottages, we are there to assist all our Bakewell Retreats guests with information and will answer any queries you have.
Our opening hours are Monday – Friday 9.30am – 12.30pm

Cottage maintenance
We have a designated on-site maintenance team to assist with any issues you may have during your stay with us. Cover is provided between 8am and 8pm every day, all concerns regarding heating, electric, water etc. Please call the below number and we will endeavour to resolve any issues

Within 1o minutes drive our sister hotel Rafters at Riverside House offers Electric car charging points.
Baby and Toddler Support
We know that you will have thought about everything before arriving on site, however if we can make your life a little easier we can supply the following items in your cottage for your arrival – cots (please make sure you bring your own bedding!), high chair, stair gate and fire guards. Please book these in with us prior to your stay.
